Just because the law says corporations have more rights than a person (in hamburgerland at least) does not make them a person with any level of emotional depth. Conflating these two things in the first place is genuinely offensive at its core and this is the type of question where legitimizing the argument is only going fuel bigotry from people who already lack empathy and/or are unwilling to listen to reason.
As an aside, sorry if I was an ass. Because I was a bit of an ass. The context in which you ask something is sometimes as important as the content though. In this case, both are not great.
I’ve re-read the conversation, I have no clue how I fucked up so much. because I also hate corpos and they are not people (the who, think I got so much into defensive that I ended up forgetting the whole point. I’m going though a lot lately amd this proves my cognitive and communication habilites are not where there should be.
(not an excuse, just proof to myself I desperately need therapy which I can’t afford).

The question itself is inherently dehumanizing though and the “transes, help me win an argument” way in which you asked it really wasn’t doing you any favors.
