    What would have happened if someone killed the dog when it was attacking?

    It’s not human.

    The defense would be self-defense, or defense of property.

    If arrested perhaps wt:thon could get a legal fund started.

      I carry protection against things like this. I will always give the others dogs the benefit of the doubt for being a good dog, BUT there is a few things that I am always cautious of and if push comes to shove, I will destroy someone’s property to protect my own fully aware of the consequences.

      1. pit breeds
      2. how the dog acts/stance/behaviours with other dogs around. (over excited, or nervousness are big with me)
      3. kids holding a leash ( they just don’t know how to react to scenarios)

      I don’t think you would be arrested for killing a do that is attacking you if you did not go on the person property.
