    We all know that major decisions about a hospital’s operations should just be decided by the person with the most money. If someone gives a hospital money, obviously that means they know what’s best for the hospital!

    I understand their justification, and that’s not often said with the SaskParty. If there’s not a demonstrated need for the equipment, plus staff to operate it, plus maintenance, it shouldn’t be installed.

    I do hope the donor can agree to fund other, more necessary measures, but they should definitely consult with the providers in the area to determine what’s actually needed, not just assume based on the rumblings of coffee row.

    I will say I’m quite disappointed at the response of Carla Beck as well, clearly demonstrating she also does not understand the need while using the opportunity to only criticize and pander. Its expected from the Buffalos, but I was hoping for a more measured response from the NDP.
