    Always worth a break as frequently and for as long as possible! I sometimes do 2 on 5 off, stopping Sunday night and starting again Friday afternoon. Other times I’ll do a few months on, a month off. It just depends. I like both, but eventually get tired of always being on, after a while it just feels like a hangover too much

    It’s still so low though, you must be young. You’re probably anxious and likely don’t need any drugs or supplements.

    I have hypertension and one day I got 120 on my BP meter. Almost went to the hospital. Meds adjusted, back in the 70s now.

    Obviously I’m not a doctor but I’d just try to calm myself a little

      I’m not too concerned health-wise! Just thought it was interesting there was a visible difference after stopping. I bet you’re right that the weed was helping reduce anxiety and keeping my HR more level.

      I think it will improve after my sleep improves too. Whenever I take a break my sleep is less efficient for a bit.
