    So, it uses marginally more resources, can’t take a screenshot of a cursor, and you have to move your windows to where you want them yourself when you restore session. Plus, if you want to learn how to make a keylogger, it’s much simpler with x11.

    I think the point of deprecating X11 was also partly to force focus to improving Wayland. Also, I feel this study does not measure latency or responsiveness of the system (which is hard ngl) but also important to measure for a more holistic view, and it also doesn’t measure color accuracy on Wayland. I would like to see a better comparison of the tradeoffs, power efficiency and cpu spikes aren’t the only things that matter.

    Also, they should mention if lower is better or not in the metrics they provided (this was the only thing that bothered me)
