Kodachrome Ghosts is a YouTube channel that posts home movies shot on 8mm and Super 8. I think the channel editor sources the film and digitises it. I think it’s neat. The films are often short clips. I find the videos to be a refreshing break from all the hoo haa that dominates YouTube.

The channel description:

Preserving the past, this channel is dedicated to home movies shot on 8mm and Super 8 that gives us a window into the past. These are films that may not have been viewed for years and at some point may have been destined to be lost forever. I firmly believe that films such as these hold as much importance as professionally made film. Capturing people, places and events that are a part of our history.

Thanks to whoever originally posted about this channel, or posted one of the videos from this channel that brought it to my attention.
