One dimwit does not represent the entire global medical community. The drug is approved in EU and Canada as well.
Fun fact: A year of treatment in the US will cost $30,000. It is estimated that a generic version could be manufactured and sold for $40/year, while still having a large profit margin.
And I take it we will not get that generic drug in the US?

I already know the answer, its no. Maybe at 15k a pop but never that low of a price. Got to maximize profits.
