Studies like this are so flawed that I don’t know where to start. They looked at various methods of reforming the current broken food system, but they didn’t look at the potential climate benefits of switching to a completely plant-based food system and a tree-based agriculture and letting the unneeded grazing land reforest itself. Not tilling the soil? A forest doesn’t need to be tilled. Leguminous “cover crops”? Yes please. Planting grass? No thank you.
