    The kids’ table is where it’s at, though. I always preferred the kids’ table. The adults are talking about their condos, Jesus Christ, no.

      Kids don’t judge, adults do nothing else but judge. My sister has twins (they’re 7 now) and pretty much their whole social circle are couples with children too, so whenever I am invited to a party there, I just go in the garden and play soccer with the kids.

    My parents once sat at the counter with some older in-laws while the 14 other people in my family, including myself, crowded around the table. I was about to remark that it was like a kids’ table for old people, until I realized they were the four oldest people sitting, which meant my table was an actual kids’ table.
