Hey all, sorry for the probably dumb question but I am new to this and don’t want to blow a board…

I have a rak 19007 board powered by a lipo. My question is if I need to disconnect the battery to charge it? Or can I just leave it hooked up, add power via USB c or solar, and have everything work ok (battery charged and then device is powered by the external source)?
