Windows 11 repeatedly promoting Edge, Onedrive and Phone link annoyed me. There must be a “Don’t remind me again.” checkbox.

Firefox has been reliable. Brave seems 👍. I haven’t wanted Edge as my main.

I already have a Onedrive account. It was reliable.

I haven’t wanted to use Phone link.

    Most people here will tell you the same thing: use Linux if you have the choice.

    Much easier than lobotomizing a windows 11 install, only for these “features” to come back in a windows update without your permission.

      Yes this isn’t a new thing. Weeks ago I read a headline talking re a Microsoft ad in the Windows lock screen. I didn’t have ads in my lock screen but I can imagine the annoyance for those who had ads.
