      How much he cares about Ukraine will be over the day he wins the election.

      Folks just didn’t read the fine print.

      That is exactly what happened. This administration couldn’t even wait a week to pretend it was any other reason.

        But because the deal is with Ukraine, doesn’t that mean we want them to win now?

          The paper means if they happen to win, the US gets to the minerals that are currently in areas occupied by Russia. If Ukraine loses, the US doesn’t really get anything, but if Ukraine happens to win, then the US does.

          Basically, the US signed a piece of paper that says we get stuff if you win. I’m sure it has something about security guarantees, but it isn’t like the US is reliable.

        Hopefully a future president just trashes this. It’s not really in anyone’s best interest. The US should provide the weapons it does because it’s an ally under attack. That should be reason enough.
