@[email protected] suggested we have a Weird Knife Wednesday.

(This should be for fun so please don’t yuck anyone’s weird. )

Turns out, I don’t have too many “weird” knives. But here’s a weird multitool.

I have no idea where it came from. It was gifted to me, possibly as a silly holiday stocking gift.

The hammer/pliers (pliemmers?) actually have a spring that sorta works. And also a tiny wire cutter in case you find yourself needing to cut, I don’t know, maybe 28 gauge wire?

Knife blade and combo-flat head/cap lifter really round out this tool set. The key ring is standard size for a sense of scale.

Just amazing.

That is good to know re: Pochi. I have a few small folders due to local laws where my employers office is located but as I’m not going in very often I don’t get them in pocket regularly.

Maybe we should have a small knife day in the community as well. Hmmm…

Spyderco is particularly good at fitting a lot of function into a very small knife. The Pochi is expensive, but they have others at lower price points. In addition to the Pochi, I would check out their Lil Native and Dragonfly. And for really short limits there’s always the classic Ladybug.

I am in favor of small knife day.

The Lil Native looks good. I’ve had my eye on one of the KnifeJoy exclusives for a while as a way to try out Rit Dye.
