Was your nephew a great warrior? If so, tell stories of his glorius death to the children you have with his wife (once you marry her, that is). If he was a coward, make sure not to tell your niece/wife and name one of your children after him. This will give him new life and a new opportunity to redeem himself and the family name. That does sound reasonable, but I’d have to live amongst them, study them, record their family lines to determine which ones were nephews.

Depends on how you feel about your nephew. If your nephew was good, hunt them. If you nephew was a demon in disguise then worship them.
Why not both?
This is the way. Hunt and kill them, but respectfully. If you observe the correct rites, this will both honor the Great Wolf Spirit, but also release their nephew’s soul, which was taken by the wolves.
