Not quite, she is talking with the biker gang that kidnapped her. In this scene they are pleased that Marge is so good at getting blood out of their clothes.
I believe it’s pronounced resumé.

Used to watch every new episode as it aired and I remember this was when I started to feel the quality dropping.
