There’s literally a pedestrian street with houses there (the red row houses). Sadly, there’s no bike lanes yet, but I prepared my city roads (one extra lane) to change them when they are available.
Also, this is a rural village in the other side of the map. It’s served by a train station that goes directly to the city centre and outside the map, also a bus line going around connecting the main street, village school, medical clinic and other services.
No cycling lanes, pedestrian walkways, nothing…

Cycling is not in CS2 yet. Pedestrian walkways are though and can easily create a walkable city
