Our Snopes account was hacked on X (formerly twitter) and we got locked out for six weeks. We finally just got it back!

I knew Twitter sucked now but this was ridiculious.
Snopes should take this opportunity to post once a day that the best way to know if something’s true or not is to leave Xitter.
I’m just glad they’ve got something on the Fediverse so I don’t have to go to Xitter.
