This one took a while to get going, but I moved it to a big south facing window last fall and it’s finally given me some flowers. Any other hoya heads here?

What type? Usually more sun and/or more fertilizer works, but there are some that only bloom if it’s hot enough, or if the temp drops at night, or are triggered by longer or shorter days.

Not sure what type, but I’m in southern Louisiana so it gets very hot here and it didn’t like when I had it in the sun for a few days, even though it was just a little afternoon sun.

        Do you keep yours inside?

I’m pretty sure my other problem is excess moisture. I need to report it in a container that drains better

I’m lucky if it stays above 20°C here at night, in the middle of summer, so they definitely stay inside!

What type of soil do you have it in? It’s definitely easier to keep them healthy with a nice, chunky mix. Ignore any advice to treat them like succulents, if the leaves are getting soft or more bendy before you water, you’ve waited too long!

If you post a pic I might be able to ID yours for you.
