There are (were) agencies already doing this; I work in one. However, we’re funded through Dept of Education, and you know where admin sits on that issue.

OK, sure, maybe employment services shouldn’t be under DoE. Maybe DHHR. Oh, they want to gut that too? It’s almost like they’re doing shit just to say they are doing shit. Or, they’re going to cut everything to “rebuild” it how they see fit. Don’t have to work within legal frameworks if those frameworks are burned completely to the ground…
