Edit: I don’t have a solution, but I live in the DEI world in higher ed, and I hate to see positive terms get co-opted by racists and bigots

Except DEI is a wisely used word in a positive way for the bulk of the country, especially in educational settings.
Edit: I don’t have a solution, but I live in the DEI world in higher ed, and I hate to see positive terms get co-opted by racists and bigots
