If I give plenty of notice, and I’m not a fucking transplant surgeon or some shit, then my employer needs to be able to manage without me. If they cannot, that’s a failure of management, not mine. Can people really deny the denied vacation request ? I mean, does that not cause you any problems such as losing their jobs?
