Nothing, it’s just that the little applets and widgets people make for switching usually assume iGPU = Intel and dGPU = NVidia, which always feels a bit goofy if you’re not using that (increasingly less common) hardware config. Identical otherwise tho
Oh god. They’re AMD iGPU and Nvidia dGPU
(not actually that terrible but most graphics switcher plugins assume your iGPU is intel 😮💨)
