Probably ratings driven. CNN has so many awful people to push their agenda already, Trump has been baked in for years.

        ”the Siberia of television news"

That’s an apt description of the timeslot. For example MSNBC doesn’t even bother with midnight programming, they just start rebroadcasting their primetime lineup. Acosta would’ve been going up against a rebroadcast of All In with Chris Hayes.

Even Brian Williams got a 10pm weekly show on NBC after he was ousted from the main NBC News desk and he was actually ethically disgraced. This was an obvious insulting move meant to push Jim Acosta out the door to placate Trump.

It doesn’t add up because a lot of the pretty CNN idiots are Trump protagonists. I think they decided to fire him, for whatever reason, and forced him out so they didn’t have to pay his severance.

Sure, but for Trump it’s important not just to have sycophants but to not have any dissent.

It’s really funny that they keep accusing everyone else of making things up when they don’t even have the basic details correct, like the fact that his show aired in the morning and not during primetime. It’s literally in the second sentence. But reading comprehension doesn’t appear to be their strong suit.

Well, make up whatever you want then. Who actually gives a fuck? Acosta probably pissed off someone and got shoved off his primetime slot. There are plenty of CNN dipshits who criticize Trump. This is the dumbest argument in the history of all of civilization (CNN can confirm this)

It’s amazing what kind of basic information about a news story you can learn when you take two minutes to read the article. You know, like what time his show actually aired. (Hint: it wasn’t primetime)

So once again, the only person making things up here is you.

I’m saying the Newsweek report probably doesn’t have the full story. We can both be right here because there isn’t enough evidence in the article to say either way.

What exactly do you think the full story is? Because you originally said:

              Probably ratings driven.

It is not, as I showed you.

You can’t lie about ratings. They are gathered by a third party, not CNN.

Unless you think everyone from Nielsen to AdWeek is in on this conspiracy.

I hate to be the one to let in on this, but TV ratings are publicly verifiable. The only person making things up here is you.
