Kansas is currently facing the allegedly the "largest recorded tuberculosis outbreak in U.S. history" with 67 confirmed active cases and 79 confirmed latent cases.
Apparently they’ve been monitoring this cluster for years, and this many cases is typical for a major city metro area. One of my friends works in public health, specifically TB, and this is basically the baseline.
