Currently playing through echoes of wisdom and I find myself always having 5 crows flying around to get me extra money. I was wondering what echoes people here always had around them while they played the game?

For the first 25% of the game I was using beds left and right, but that changed once I got the platboom and the waterblock echoes.

I’m afraid to admit that I didn’t realize you could get the platbooms until the end of the game when I was trying to get the last few echoes

Yeah I was wondering if they were acquirable since they seemed impervious to all attacks, but I kept trying! So many things became much easier to reach.

    Flying tile, my beloved

… Also just holding ball and chain Knight with the grab and holding him in enemy faces

Easily my most used echo was the Buzz Blob. It’s an incredibly potent weapon for the majority of enemies. And it only gets better when there’s water around. Those things were deadly in the previous games. It was a pleasant surprise to feel the power of that little bastard on your side for once

Sparks are a little situational, but they can take down a surprising number of enemies that others can’t!

That’s fair, but you’ll get more resources to spend the more you play. I recommend using it the way you would swing the sword as Link. It’s not as good as a long-term summon, but really good as an instant single use attack. On most enemies, one hit will stun them and you can just follow up by spamming the Buzz Blob on top of it. They will drown instantly in the water, but it will also increase the damage radius by a lot. Just remember to keep spamming him over and over.

I don’t think it chains. But in the water, it will stun and damage in a large radius around it. It’s still pretty effective for multiple enemies in general. You can focus on one while others are stunned.
