Have to use Windows for work (I’ve asked), the ads have been getting worse and worse on my work laptop. Today got a game ad notification… That’s clearly too far, right? Like I have to clear notifications, so I have to see it

      Where are you based? A lot of this is turned off in the EU and I can imagine that this notification also applies only to certain regions. Never got this specific one myself either.

        I’m in Canada, five computers with Win 11, including manufacturer default installs, no adverts.

      You just disabled notifications or ran a purger that cleansed that shit of

        Seems logical that disabling notifications would have notifications disabled.

    How can you be able to run Linux without getting able to disable ads on Windows 11? Maybe OP should have a Mac instead.
