For me - uncircumcised feels better for PIV, particularly with big hung guys - less friction, so good.

For oral I do prefer circumcised, just familiarity I guess?

Both are weak preferences not strong, we all know guys don’t usually get to choose, and it would never be a deciding factor. And for casual wrapped is important and that makes it a moot point.
