Ordered a couple of pearl rings from Canada which are being held at Fedex Delhi. They are asking for Dealer details (which we don’t have as these were ordered for personal use and we are NOT dealers. What needs to be done next?

Please note that customs has been cleared as KYC has been successfully done for the same. It is Fedex that is holding the shipment.
