    They haven’t actually had a pay increase since 2009, and it’s not something ridiculous, I think it bumps them to 174k a year, they clear that easy with their loosly restricted investment abilities. Despite that it was a sticking point for some who didn’t want it.

    The main argument they couldn’t agree on was if they wanted to give farmers 10 billion or 16 billion dollars of banking support.
