As soon as you want access from other networks (mobile/work/etc.) you need to: Get a public IPv4 from your provider. I got that easily, but idk if your provider can and will do this. Otherwise, there are proxy services. Open port 80 (http) and 443 (https) in your router. Very likely buy a domain (which is 1.4€ - 10€ per year, depending on the name and tld).
