Always. Whenever I bring up veganism and tell people it’s healthier than being an omni, B12 is brought up. Like sure, yes, you need to supplement B12 but so does everyone else, regardless of diet, because we don’t have nearly enough B12 in our food to not have to supplement it. It’s just silly.
My favorite is when my mum tries to tell me I should be eating my veggies and I have to remind her that it’d be difficult for me to not eat them. 🙃
