    I’ve been asking the same question as the headline for quite a while now.

    I think the traditional manufacturers are having a hard time with the EV transition and are publicly blaming EVs for the pain they are feeling so that the transition can be slowed down. It would also mean that they wouldn’t be in direct completion with the chinese brands for a while longer.
