Arcane SE01 was fabulous but SE02 terribly failed. It turns into a woke soup without consistency, a poor story and weird artistic episodes. Total deception.

Vi is woke. Everything turns woke in SE02. And artistically it is an inconsistent mix, a soup.
What’s woke about Vi ? I’d say Viktor is the one that was awoken to a higher dimension and he was only stopped because of Jayce
Vi has colored hair. Her demeanor is masculine, right down to the way she behaves or fights. She’s a lesbian. She doesn’t care what she looks like, and even tries to make herself uglier. She’s the epitome of every Woke cliché.
I’m still not sure where you’re going with this, I still don’t know what “woke” means in your context, you only described Vi’s appearance and character and I don’t know what for, the only time she was asleep was when she was drunk in the first act i think
