That’s not really how that works. It would be how it worked if you directly injected water into your bloodstream, but you’re drinking it instead. The way it is absorbed through your stomach/intestines is not going to cause your blood cells to become destroyed unless you drink an insane quantity of it, like multiple gallons in one sitting. We are meant to be able to drink regular water.
