Spilled ketchup inside my 1 month old double zip, so I washed it in cold water. Didn’t realize the Lego keychains on it would completely obliterate my backpack. RIP Double Zip. Probably too late to ask for a refund or return because it’s really my fault, there’s 100 bucks down the drain. 🤷♀️
