we should do all we can to prevent the fascists from winning at all costs.

agree, we can’t let fascism win at any cost. even at the cost of an election that requires unconditional support from its voters for a genocide.

Well, for one thing, my Mexican, gay and trans friends don’t have to be worried that they’ll be rounded up and deported or worse.

Of course it’s not ideal. But we have to play the hand we’re dealt. And we were dealt a two party system.

And until you’re ready to go up against tanks and fighter jets and bunker busters and knife missiles, I don’t see how you guys can just sit there and complain. Start your revolution already, if you think you can win.

Or just fucking vote, you goddamned babies!

Well, for one thing, my Mexican, gay and trans friends don’t have to be worried that they’ll be rounded up and deported or worse.

I’m gay and trans and one of my partners is Puerto Rican. Biden intensified Trump’s border and deportation policies: https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2024/mar/08/alejandro-mayorkas/has-biden-deported-more-people-in-nine-months-than/

                    Of course it’s not ideal.

“Not ideal” would be if they were merely as bad as Republicans. Pretending to be on our side while being worse than the Republicans is a real feat.

But we have to play the hand we’re dealt. And we were dealt a two party system.

If someone tries to force you into choosing between bad and worse, the correct response is not to pick the lesser evil, it is to spit in the face of both your captors.

And until you’re ready to go up against tanks and fighter jets and bunker busters and knife missiles, I don’t see how you guys can just sit there and complain. Start your revolution already, if you think you can win.

Calling people names when you’re trying to get them on your side doesn’t seem very effective…
