Looks like .ml isn’t the largest, it’s just the one run by the two Lemmy maintainers, which for me (combined with .one keeping going down when I was actively using it) made it my home instance.
Not all of us are tankies fwiw, I just wanted to be on the largest and most well-supported instance with generally the least amount of downtime.
