Would be nice, BUT Mongolia only has like 35,000 active military personnel and spends about $210 million annually on their military (1.5% of GDP) vs Russia with +1,000,000 active personnel and $86.4 billion annual spending (4.1% of GDP), not to mention all those nukes (though they couldn’t really use those in this situation). GRANTED, Russia is so focused on Ukraine right now, it would be as ideal time as any to do something like arrest him, but I somehow doubt any place Putin is planning on visiting would ever take that step. If anything, him visiting ICC member states just reinforces the idea of how toothless the organization is, I’m sure he likes the idea of people bringing it up because it reminds people that nothing will happen to him.
