Since Biden likes to sanction the planet, the parts to make turbines are more expensive. Nobody took the leases for offshore wind on the Greater Houston coast.
As I have said, I am not a fan of wind. I prefer solar, nuclear, geothermal and solar.

I just see wind as not being that great compared to other technologies. Every time I’ve seen a field of them. Many are broken.
