Whether it’s a club name, club tag, or tournament name, what are some interesting names you’ve used or seen?
My friends and I recently played a tournament and somehow won with the name Socialist Jiu Jitsu. Our club name is Aunt Tifa. We used the club tag [BLM] for a while, but the amount of racism in the text chat was exhausting, so now it’s just [ANTI]. It was pretty entertaining to get people tilted and then silently dunk on them, but the toxicity wasn’t fun most of the time.
I put my one man club as “old man solo queue” and my tag is [45YO], so from time to time people would actually ask about it.
I don’t understand why the bureau of land management always gets people being so racist towards them :(
Right?! That land needs to be managed! By a bureau! How can they be so weirdly opposed to it in such a racist way?!
We are “[BUMP] The Smashing Bumpkins” because we love Bumping!
Not really related but at the beginning of the clubs thing, we tried to push the limits of what name we could take. Well, we tried some horrible things, got reported multiple times but never got banned. Might have changed though.
My buddies and I rocked [MNM]Lose Yourself. We changed our names to ‘Palms sweaty’, ‘Arms Heavy’, and ‘Vomitonsweater’
