I think people are beginning to ignore Trump’s crazy fits, so he is dialing it up a notch, which will probably only serve for people to ignore it as irrelevant and weird even more.
His attempts at nicknames and scorn are losing their bite, and since that’s the cornerstone of his rhetorical method, he will probably decline even further for the remainder of the presidential campaign.
