Wealthy western countries lead in global oil and gas expansion…. and propagandize that other countries are the problem for climate change and absolve themselves, as always.

Intent and the ability to deliver might turn out to be rather far apart. I find it hard to believe we can sustain extraction at the current level for another quarter century as the author seems to think.
