I really wanted to like this one but it really lost me
Not the first conflicted review i read about this book. What didn’t work for you?
Between the adult not being an adult and just losing his shit and the boys going full Lord of the flies it was just a bit much happening all at once with an urgency I didn’t feel was warranted
