I was having several issues with it, I contacted support and after a lot of troubleshooting they told me to try to factory reset it and it got bricked in the process, then they told me there was nothing they could do because I was out of warranty by a few days (I wasn’t when I first opened the ticket). At least I got a nice check in the mail a few years later due to a class action

Got it - don’t factory reset. 😅
