Essentially the n95 creates a better seal like it should be that when you suck in there is like a vacuum effect that tugs on the material. They have been banging their heads against the wall trying to get the government to spread the word but have been met with resistance.
I did not realize that an N95 mask was much safer than the three layer cloth mask I was wearing.
