This will be preaching to the choir for some readers, as you didn't exactly need another reason not to use Windows right? Microsoft's new Recall AI will take screenshots of everything you do and that sounds truly terrible.
All of these may be violated depending on implementation, there is no meaningful way of implementation that wouldn’t violate any of them. Nobody would opt-in to such BS.
There has to be explicit consent, the article doesn’t state it as opt in, therefore it would violate GDPR and likely other laws about Network safety.
Literally all of those are nullified so long as the setup includes a compliant consent check. Which you literally cannot know whether it does or does not. Because the software isn’t released yet.
the article doesn’t state it as opt in
That one article Liam wrote about a piece of software that hasn’t been released yet? Well, case closed!
All of these may be violated
So your claim may be true. Well isn’t that a side-step from your initial assertion.
Colore me shocked you finally understand that law is about specific things and im talking about what is laid out in the article!
And as i said, that thing being opt in would make it useless so it won’t be outside of EU, if it even comes to eu, we already have a different windows version than the rest of the world.

Well no, actually you’re specifically making assumptions based on what’s not laid out in the article (which is, again, written by Liam, who’s a nice guy, but by no means an authority). Big difference.
The article doesn’t specify that Bill Gates won’t personally come to your house and strangle you if you use Recall. Should we assume that he will?

Cool, not relevant to whether or not your claim is true or false.
Source that it doesn’t have consent?

So no source.
What a surprise.

Please quote the part that illustrates where Recall gets activated without user consent.

Again, color me shocked.
