Life sim Life By You has been delayed for a third time, and developers Paradox are reluctant to set a new date for the planned release into early access.

    Paradox has recently gotten hammered on their recent releases, both Golden and Early Access. I wonder if that was part of the reason.

      They’re just not providing good product value to cost recently, idk what’s going on over there. I haven’t bought a stellaris or hoi4 dlc in a while. Keep looking back at stellaris dlc lists but nothing is interesting enough to buy, I’m happy with an old modded version that gives plenty

        They’ve also only got a singular good ttrpg line that’s still with playing. Feels like someone over there is really trying to tank the company.

      I think there’s enough food examples of games that waited and were successful and games that didn’t wait and did poorly that releasing the game before it’s ready isn’t a great way to recover funds.
