We’ve already seen moments in which Rozemyne was able to feel mana in her surroundings after all. The first time was, when Gloria replaced the high bishop bible with a fake and the latest, when she could feel Gervasio and what a threat he was, a moment before she layed eyes on him.
It’s by no means a certainty, but a possibility, I’d say.
Also as she is an archeduke candidate with ungodly amounts of mana she wouldn’t notice as much that half the room is watching you, as no one would match her mana capacity.
