Animal products are a liability! They cause systemic inflammation, harm your cardiovascular system (kind of important for running and, you know, staying alive), and increase your recovery time. Fueling your body to run simply takes carbs. A big bowl of rice and some bananas, done.
As a non-vegan I am interested in how he fuels his body to be able to compete at this level.
