Jodie Foster, Dave Bautista, Charlie Day, Jeff Goldblum… and yet very few people have heard of this movie. It definitely takes place in a cyberpunk world, but most of it is seen from within the “Hotel”, which is actually a hospital for criminals. Definitely check it out if you’ve never seen it.

    Oof, that audience score though.

    Edit: Ok, watched it.

    Yeah it deserves that score. Seems like they made the characters and just shoehorned them into a story. Worth a watch but expect a few cringey moments.

    I remember watching this on a whim one day on some streaming service and was pleasantly surprised by it. Seemed similarish to John Wick in some ways, in that there’s this whole underground criminal society with its own laws and such.
